What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy allows for 20% cancellation fees for reservation termination 24 hours or more before your ride date. A booking cancellation under 24 hours is charged in full. Please refer to our email confirmation terms for more information.
How can I track my ride order?
Once your ride order has been booked, you will receive a confirmation number via email. You can use this number to track or get updates via our booking portal.
